Email Issues
Are you having trouble setting up or using your GMOTION email account?
There are a few basic questions you should ask:

Can I access the Internet?

Can I get to my email using iManager?

Do I have the correct settings in my mail program?

What if none of these issues seems to apply?
1. Can You Access the Internet?
The first thing you should do is verify that that you have a functioning Internet connection. If you can see this page, logically, your Internet connection must be working. Still, this point bears mention, because the single most common reason for email trouble is a failing Internet connection. In the event this occurs, contact your ISP (AOL, Earthlink, WorldSpice, etc.) for further assistance.
2. Can You Access Your Email with iManager?
The next thing to do is to make certain that you can access your email account via the Web. Each GMOTION email comes with instructions on how to access your email online using our iManager technology. If you are unable to access your email with iManager using your assigned username and password, contact GMOTION support and we will help you sort out your account's configuration. If you do not know where/how to use the iManager to check your email online, contact GMOTION support and we will walk you through the process.
3. Do You Have the Correct Settings in Your Mail Program?
If you can access your email using iManager, but are still unable to retrieve your mail through your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.), the problem lies in the settings you have chosen for the program. Visit the Outlook Help Guide Online or the Outlook Express Frequently Asked Questions List for help in entering your settings. Contact GMOTION support if you need help determining which settings to use.
4. What If None of These Things Helps?
